Garage conversion and kitchen remodelling.

On 02/09/2015 by Mark Bulgin

Here we have converted the back 2/3rd of the garage into habitable living area by removing the back wall of the garage. By taking 2 walls down 1at each end of the kitchen we have created a kitchen dinner with a snug off to one end in the old garage. Wood flooring layed throughout.

The back wall of the garage has been removed and a new concrete lintel had been installed to support the floor above.

Plasterboard has been installed and skim plastered, new coving to match the rest of the house and new radiators.

Big double larder cupboard, built in oven, microwave, fridge freezer and cupboard concealing the boiler complete the the end of the kitchen where the utility room was.

The main kitchen run of units including built in tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher with a breakfast bar and curved fronted units at the end.
